• What is your return policy?
  We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with hygiene stickers and tags attached.
• How long does shipping take?
  If you order before 5 PM on working days the package will be send the same day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or customs (for international orders).
• What sizes do you offer?
  We offer sizes S through XL. Please refer to our size guide for detailed measurements.
• How do I care for my swimwear?
  Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. Avoid chlorine and prolonged sun exposure. Do not use Fake tanning products can stain and potentially damage your swimwear. Ensure any tanning products are completely dry before they come into contact with your swimwear. Sunscreen lotions and tanning oils may also mark or damage the fabric. Rinse your swimwear immediately after using these products.
• Do you ship internationally?
  For now we only ship in the Netherlands.
• Are your products sustainable?
  We use eco-friendly materials and sustainable production methods whenever possible.
• Can I track my order?
  Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• What payment methods do you accept?
  We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

• Where are the products produced
  Our swimwear is produced by carefully selected manufacturing partners in China, whom we have personally visited. Our main production facility is independently audited and certified for social responsibility, workplace standards, and product safety, including SA8000:2014 and WRAP certification for cutting, sewing, inspection, and packing. These standards support responsible production practices such as fair compensation, safe working conditions, and respect for workers’ rights, all of which are non-negotiable for us. We choose to produce in China because this is where the majority of swimwear materials, components, and specialist production expertise are located. By working close to the source, we can keep our supply chain more direct, reduce unnecessary transport between suppliers, and make more considered production decisions that help limit waste.
