Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Hygiene sticker and hangtags are intact
  • The item has not been stained (e.g. deodorant, makeup, sunscreen), damaged, or altered

We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear.

Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment.

How to return 

  1. Register your return via our return form: via this link - Items sent back to us without registering a return will not be accepted. 
  2. Pack the item securely and include your order number inside the parcel.
  3. Purchase a shipping label via PostNL (print or QR) or any courier of your choice.
  4. Ship your parcel to:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If this is not done after you recieved it we can not refund any items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
